| ii. | Draft Strategic Housing Market Assessment for Milton Keynes (SHMA). |
| | The SHMA is the latest in the series of annual housing needs studies that Opinion Research Services carry out for the Council and English Partnerships. However, this years study is slightly different. This is because the Government issued Planning Guidance back in August last year, which changed the way that these studies should be carried out. Key changes included taking a wider view of the housing market/housing market area and having more consultation with stakeholders about the results. |
