i.Proposed amendments to the parking scheme in Central Milton Keynes
 The Committee is invited to comment on the proposed amendments as laid out in the attached papers.
ii.Draft Strategic Housing Market Assessment for Milton Keynes (SHMA).
 The SHMA is the latest in the series of annual housing needs studies that Opinion Research Services carry out for the Council and English Partnerships.   However, this years study is slightly different.  This is because the Government issued Planning Guidance back in August last year, which changed the way that these studies should be carried out.  Key changes included taking a wider view of the housing market/housing market area and having more consultation with stakeholders about the results.

 The Committee is invited to note that MKC are carrying out a review on engaging with stakeholders at an early stage of the planning process.
