| | Milton Keynes Christian Centre - 08/00745/FUL – extension toexisting Community Centre/Church to provide new 650 seat assembly hall for worship, foyer and ancillary space with increased parking provision (resubmission in part of 07/01803/FUL) at Christian Centre, Strudwick Drive, Oldbrook, MK6 2TG |
| | The Committee had no objection to this application in principle but asked that the following conditions be imposed: - Section 106 requiring agreement be made with St Paul’s and Milton Keynes College, Woughton Campus to secure guaranteed space in their car parks
- Maximum use of Assembly Hall be restricted to week-ends. A maximum usage of 250 people during week days.
- Traffic Management scheme involves active/pro active management of the on site parking spaces and should be secured by Section 106.
- All activities finish at 11pm.
- That it be confirmed that noise levels from the air conditioning unit fall within the legal requirements.
- That construction on traffic vehicles enter and leave from Chaffron Way only.
- That junction improvements at Strudwick Drive/Oldbrook/Oldbrook Boulevard be secured as part of the development. Secured through Section 106.
- That double yellow lines be painted in Strudwick Drive finishing at the Cricketers in Oldbrook Boulevard as part of Traffic Management scheme.
