118 Penryn Avenue, Fishermead Cllr Petchey reported that the appeal had been submitted because MKC had not responded to the planning application within the prescribed time limit. However subsequently MKC had said that if they had determined the application they would have approved it. As a result the only argument against the appeal was from CPPC who received a very courteous and fair hearing. The Inspector will now reach his conclusion. | ||
